Dr. Steven Lobritto is a Professor of Pediatrics and Medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC), the Medical Director of the Pediatric Liver Transplantation Program at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia and the Director of the fellowship program in Pediatric Advanced Transplant Hepatology. He was one of the founders of the program at Columbia established in 1998. He has trained many of our current leadering physicians in transplant hepatology. His expertise in collaborative clinical research as well as quality assurance in pediatric liver transplantation has led to > 90 co-author publications spanning the academic study and clinical care of children with severe liver disease and transplantation.
